Great location, near center. Easy access from the airport. Close to popular attractions. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice rooms. Free breakfast and WiFi. Welcoming staff, multilingual, provided maps 

Even the Gimpo airport was not so far. Perfect place for city trip in Seoul.

Easy to reach a metro station close to the hotel. I enjoyed the venue's the food and staff. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Myeongdong Kyoja Main that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

Great location near lively areas, convenient transportation, friendly staff, and complimentary breakfast.

Nothing to fault.

A pleasant stay - clean rooms, helpful staff and quiet. There isn't much of a view but you're in a quiet spot that is about 200m from the closest subway station Hoehyeon on Line 4 (easy transfer from Seoul station) and there are clear signs

The Hill House Hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. Located slightly up the hill, the hotel is conveniently situated near two big markets in Seoul, making it a perfect choice for shoppers. The service 

The breakfast starts at 8 oclock and it's a bit late, also it is very poor.

Convenience to the happening places in Seoul!

This hotel is an excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect as it is tucked away in a quiet alley yet still very near to the bustling markets in the center of Seoul. The staff are friendly and fluent 

It is in a great location (although not many taxi drivers know where it is) within easy walking distance to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun Markets. Staff were very heloful (and in English). Room was great - spacious, modern and clean. Loved the glass-walled bathroom. Bed 

I didn't like the location of the hotel even though it is close to downtown.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering all the amenities they provide. The attention to detail is impressive, with spotlessly clean rooms and basic amenities such as a fridge, hair dryer, 

The bathroom is big and the breakfast is nice :)

The front desk staff is not as polite as I expected

Staff are helpful and their English is understandable. The room is big enough and clean. The environment is quiet and you have no worry to have a nice sleep.

Facility in bathroom is not enough. One of the receptionists in the front desk is rude when we reported the TV signal had problem. Breakfast is simple and just enough for you to eat, no other choices, fried egg and 2 pieces of toasts every day. If the breakfast time can change to start from 7:30am is better, The hotel is near the subway, just take you within 5 mins, but the route is a lil bit complicated as the hotel is located in the inner area. You have to walk to the main street and then you can find the subway. However, if you take a limo bus to/ from airport, it is better for you to take a taxi to the hotel as it is quite a long way.
